We walk the building, inspect the major loads, and observe how equipment is actually run — not how it was designed to run. We look at refrigeration, HVAC, heating circuits, lighting schedules, power quality and back-of-house plant.

A plain-English summary of where waste is occurring, split into operational fixes and technology opportunities, each with an indication of savings and how they'd be verified.

ESOS compliance support

Where you need evidence for ESOS duties, the relevant site findings and report can be reviewed by a qualified ESOS assessor. That keeps the assessment useful for compliance without losing focus on practical savings.

When it may not

If you need a compliance-only ESOS report with no intent to act on findings, a Discovery Assessment is not the right fit. We focus on actionable outcomes, not shelf-ware reports.
